Color Coding

When I first saw these pictures on the Contemporist I immediately thought about computer coding. 

The bright colored pixels suggest that maybe furniture too can be coded in a similar language. I am not sure what that would look like but this collection by Carlotte Lanclot is looking in the right direction.

Barefoot Luxury in Cape Town

'Barefoot luxury' conjures up everything about this South African home. Barefoot yes... Luxury.... yes, but when I look at the interior photographs I immediately feel at home. I'm not sure if its the colors, the lighting, or transparency of spaces, but it all seems just right.
